This is the code of conduct that members can expect officer's to follow, and officer's themselves will be expected to follow:

1) All decisions regarding the FC as a whole; promotions, demotions, new rules and policies, official FC sponsored events, and use of FC funds are decided by all Officer's as a council.

Simply put: Majority rules. If a policy is proposed and most of the officer's are okay with said proposal then it moves forward. if the majority disagree then it doesn't.

Naturally, before any motion is passed all officers must have voted on it even if a majority already have locked in their votes. This is to assure all officers are aware of the happenings of the FC and nobody is left blindsided.

2) If any officer has a problem with a member, the Officer in question is NOT to be involved in any administration of punishment. For the purposes of any situation that arises between a member and an Officer, that Officer is to be treated as any other member.

Another, separate, Officer not involved in the situation will then investigate and try to discern what happened, who is in the wrong, and discuss with the other Officer's not involved directly with the situation. Punishment will then be decided for any parties found at fault.

3) Officer's are subject to all rules that members are, in addition to the above officer specific rules.

While not a rule, the following is more of a guideline we all follow:

While nobody will ask you to give up progression or your own personal goals to help people all the time, it IS expected that those in the position of Officer make helping FC members a priority. People less knowledgeable about the game will look to us for advice, and someone reliable for clears. Nobody expects you to drop everything to help, but if you're not doing anything in particular it is expected you help those who request it.
