Dates and Times:
Unfortunately we're still working out the dates and times, my own schedule has been off a little bit lately. To be announced once I can lock down a specific time each week, though it will probably be a weekday afternoon/evening (Est time).

Prizes:
To be determined, though I've asked permission to pick up furniture that is otherwise inaccessible to most (need to buy through a Free Company, for instance).
I would prefer to have it be Gold Saucer related, though I'm unsure exactly what to award in that case as I cannot give out MGP or cards.

Custom Rules / Formats:
The only custom rules will be for the level of the deck. For instance, in a 1 Star tournament, only 1 star cards will be permitted. Not four 1 star cards and one 2 star card, but every card needs to be 1 star. This way everyone has an opportunity to participate despite decks.
Rozz, even if you literally just pick up the first deck available to you you'll be able to participate!
With that being said, each tournament might be a bit different and we could introduce different rules each time such as SAME or PLUS. (No roulette as that would mess up the Star ratings).

Ban Lists:
Only cards that are outside of the tournament you're in, for instance no 2 or 3 Stars in a 1 star tourney (or 4 or 5 for that matter).

Scoring Methods:
The format I had in mind was a simple Tournament bracket, where I would take note of who is attending, create a random bracket, and go by Elimination.
For instance the first round is Zeke Vs. Lecan and Darix vs. Rozz, Zeke and Darix move onto round 2 and battle for the crown.
I had intentions of then battling the winner myself with a slightly higher rated decka and some whacky rules thrown in for an opportunity for more prizes, but we'll keep it simple for the first few.

Rules of Etiquette:
Whoever wins each game will be on the honor system to report who won. I cannot watch the games as they take place, so we'll need to rely on those who played to report what happened. (I trust all of you anyways, so I'm not concerned about this).
This also means reporting if anyone is using any cards that are too high in rank etc. during the match, and the match will then need to be repeated.
The matches will be held in the basement of the house, where seating is provided. It is my intention that whomever is playing squares off over the table with the Triad Board, while the other competitors / spectators will be seated or standing around the "arena."

I hope this clears some things up, as I was rather vague in the initial posts. Please let me know if there are any other questions and if anyone else has any interest, and we will lock down a date and time soon!
As I haven't been in game personally for a little while, I will do my best to make sure I can at least help set up the tournaments as soon as I can.

Tournament Set up
Every weekend day or evening we will run a triple triad with Small prizes and point(s) that will be added up at the end of the month. Those with the highest points will participate in a finals tournament with a grand prize(Worth 500k+)

PRIZES
Prizes for the small tournament will be small themed prizes.
For the first month the theme will be the Manor Furniture theme
with the grand prize being Manor Harpsichord

Ban List
A ban list will be compiled a week before the tournaments begin for each of the formats (1-3 star formats)
