To clarify for anyone who may be confused:

It appears that SE has taken to shutting down any player run Lotteries reported to them and saying they are against the ToS because the methods used to run them (ie: Excel spreadsheets to track tickets and donations) cannot be looked at within the game. So if anything were to go wrong or someone felt scammed, the GM's couldn't help. As such, Lotteries are no longer permissible thanks to SE's meddling.

We will try to come up with a way around this to continue having this fun event, but if we don't find a solution the Lottery may not come back I'm afraid.
